5. Nothing ever is Stupidhead's fault
It's the "I didn't do it" presidency.

Listening to Bush's promises of what he's going to do to turn the country around if he's elected in November, the average voter might be forgiven for thinking that Bush isn't the incumbent. Candidate Bush makes it sound like the country's in a hell of a mess -- and it is. Mostly brought about by what President Bush has been doing for the last four years.

Anyone want to explain to Stupidhead that you don't get a "practice" term before knuckling down to business?
