2. They can't this is the speech that the rest of the election
will revole around. This is the begining of the election, the president needs to be deal in reality, every month that has gone by every alternative that has been spurned etc. Kerry is drawing distinct differences between himself and *. With the poll of the world so against * people will see that the * can not win the war in Iraq or the war on terrorism.

4. Where's the news crawl with Bush's talking points?
Are Novakula and Blitzer and the other cablegoons lurking in the wings with their knives sharpened? You betcha.

13. Needs to be printed, emailed to all. Repugs need to be beaten over
the head with it until it sinks in. This is the one I have been waiting for... the gloves have finally come off.

Cheney still believes the world is flat... love it.

16. And, shortly thereafter, Rush's Girlfriend invoked "Flip-Flop."
Daryn gets no credit from me... I knew it was coming; she waited to float it out there while interviewing a White House correspondent.

8. Bush must not have been anywhere within range of a camera . . .
otherwise, they would have at least gone to a split screen to show us whatever he happened to be doing at the moment.

11. I'm amazed that anyone still watches CNN.

CNN's coverage of the Democratic convention was so biased that they are banned from our home.

15. No
Will,

They received a deluge of comments from DU and others when they cut away from the National Guard speech.

Eason Jordon, in a short but prompt email to me (after I wrote them re: same) so much as conceeded that they should have stayed with the entire Kerry NG speech.

They either a) learned the lesson or b) said, "OK, stay with this whole thing to shut 'em up".

I'm leaning b), but we'll see.
