He likes to let everyone know he's a huge Yankees fan, (despite not being from NY that I know of). A few weeks ago the Yankees swept the Red Sox in a weekend series. So, on the Monday after, a woman called who was from Boston. While she was trying to talk about health care, Mark played "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra in the background to taunt her. It was hard to hear her.

I stopped listening after that. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you do a show about politics, don't talk about sports. You do not work for ESPN. If he were a Red Sox fan taunting someone from Manhattan, I would feel extremely embarassed.

I would rather listen to the last hour of Ed Schultz (assuming his new TV show hasn't caused him to scale back his radio show.)

I have the same problem with these two local sports guys who like to let everyone know that they are two of the 10 Republicans in Massachusetts. It was really bad during election season. In the same vein, if you do a sports show, don't talk about politics!

Profanity has its place, and yes it's satellite radio and no one cares when you say the f**k word on air but... on a channel that is apparently "family friendly", nope, not listening to her.

That being said, she's right about a lot of things too, does not claim to be anything more than an entertainer, her criticism of Obama is mostly from the Left, and I love her program. And as a listener, I can vouch for her calling bullshit on the Right as well. Unfortunately, I'm coming to agree with her that being on the Left nowadays means being against the Democratic party as well as against the GOP.
