If the Bushies cut & run in Iraq, does it ensure re-election? |
|
Hey, these guys will clearly do anything to get re-elected. So, considering how bad things are in Iraq and the fear that it may indeed be lost, if announcing that we'll be out within a year no matter what gets them re-elected, so be it. Failure in Iraq doesn't mean they can't move on to Iran, Syria, and beyond. Hey, they keep telling us these countries have WMD's, ties to terrorism, and there's that media which will always carry Bush's water. The media will help them tell whatever story they want told.
Kerry said we'll be out within four years. Bush can say we'll be out within a year helping his re-election chances. If they lose because of Iraq, then all is lost for them. So why not get out?
