Most pathetic anti-Kerry statement I've heard.
Just try and beat this one.

My mother was wearing an anti-Bush tshirt yesterday, and was confronted by a guy, who I later saw, (and he looked too young to even vote to me, but i could be wrong), who said that he was voting for Badnarik (L), because he thought Kerry was no better than Bush.
His proof?

He'd heard Kerry say that "he couldn't decide what he wanted for breakfast."

1. Now that is a desperate excuse. In 2000 a person we know voted for *
because she thought he would win. I wanted to smack her head.

13. A lot of people vote for that reason..
whether they'll admit it or not. They don't want to be on the losing team.

I think that's one reason why the media is so heavily hyping the polls showing Bush ahead.

2. That's really dumb! My DIL voiced one almost as bad.
She couldn't vote for Kerry because he reminds her of Jay Leno! Long chin and all, ya know.

3. Yeah, and where did that statement come from?
One of the Republican speeches last week. He doesn't even know his sources. I say, let him vote for Badnarik; better than voting for Bush!

(The guy obviously isn't intelligent enough to vote for Kerry.)

4. My daughter's
boyfriend's father said, "Well, would you rather vote for someone who wears flip-flops or army boots?"

He had seen an anti-Kerry billboard, and totally did not get the concept of "flip-flop." He truly, TRULY thought it addressed the man's footwear!

7. Not till after the election,
because despite the idiot father, and the fact that the boyfriend voted for bush in 2000, I have now taken him to both Kerry and Edwards rallies, and he is absolutely committed not only to voting for Kerry, but also to dragging his previously non-voting friends along, too.

Obviously, I'm committed to run-on sentences!

My dad was out going door to door for Kerry, (can you tell I was raised well? :P), and some lady told him she couldn't vote for Kerry because "He's too macho". O_o

10. Not even close...
...the winner, and still champeen, is the woman who called up C-SPAN, shrieking "Kerry was never actually in Vietnam, he was on a boat!"

14. Here's a couple more that I heard:
Not voting for Kerry because:

1) "Kerry loves all those queers" (24 year old male from rural area)

2) "Those democrats are soooo nasty the way they attack Bush.....I heard what that Whoopie girl said...." (81 year old lifelong republican female)
