Our non-political neighbor just put up a Kerry sign.
She is one who never gets involved in anything but herself. Daddy is a Bush guy. She seldom has a thought in her head unless we gripe about her barking dog.

However, I am proud of her for putting up the sign. Now there are three on our short block.

4. Well, not informed by us. We seldom speak, which is sad.
She used to be good friends until her hubby left her. He warned us NOT to complain about the dog barking, as she just got more stubborn. Not only did we complain, we got 7 neighbors to sign a petition with us.

She still has her nose out of joint, all over a dog. But he has quit barking. Hoping her daddy is mad at the Bushes. He has money, and maybe he will turn others against him.

6. oh. thats a sad story really. perhaps this is an opening for
the neighbors to reach out to someone in pain like that. ive read some posts along the way and certainly known of those who have been left by a spouse. it can be traumatic to say the least, if they didnt want the separation of course

anyway, not to give advice, im just hoping this kind of gesture, which is significant and wonderful, can perhaps bring the neighborhood a little closer.

we dont have a big tent for nothing!

regardless, you know the situation and i do not...
thanks for sharing the good news

3. And what if 4 guys wandered into the draft board
and sung a chorus of Alice's Restaurant ... in harmony ... and walked out. Then friends, they'd say it was a movement. And that;s what it is friends, the Alice's Restaurant anti masacree movement. And all you gotta do to join is just sing along when it comes around here again on the guitar.
