Has Kerry written off Missouri?
I saw in a post that a DUer was told by a bartender that Kerry had pulled out of Missouri...I also heard the same thing from a friend who is ready to work on the Kerry campaign.

Please I hope it's not true. There are many who are aching to work on Kerry's campaign in the St Louis area.

2. Better not give up Missouri
Kerry needs to go to Missouri and say to the people "Little king george does not believe you deserve his time for this debate. I know you are worth the time and I am here to answer your questions."

3. This is sarcasm right?
From a bartender? From a friend who isn't even on the campaign yet?

Are you making a comment about how silly rumours get spread?

Seriously in Springfield the Kerry bumper stickers are out in force..
I don't think bushie has any kind of firm lead here or in the rest of the state.

7. Thanks! I saw a bunch of Kerry/Edwards signs in University City, MO
the other day...of course U City has a reputation as a liberal stronghold. It is an inner ring suburb near St Louis. Many people affiliated with Washington University live in or around U City. It was also a majority Jewish suburb until the great Jewish migration west in the 1960s and '70s. There still are a lot of Jews in U City but not like back in the day (or so I am told).

I don't know what other parts of St Louis look like sign-wise but I hope the City and suburbs like U City can come out in force for Kerry. We must evict *!

6. Not true at all.
This was debunked a while back, but unfortunately the 'search' function isn't working.

Ads were off in Missouri for like two days. More Rove psy-ops.

If you want to get involved and aren't already, come to the meet-up on Thursday at 7 pm at the Starbuck's in Clayton (the one on Central across from the new Krispy Kreme. Or,

"This Sunday (9/19) at 1pm, come canvas for Kerry!

We're leaving at 1pm from the Kirkwood John Kerry Headquarters.

The Kirkwood Headquarters is located at:
3234 Laclede Station Road (off of Hanley)

For directions or more information, contact (314)-645-1449 and ask for RJ."

8. I will be at the Starbucks in Clayton

I don't live too far from there.

Thanks for telling me about it!

I'll also e mail my friend about the Kerry HQ in Kirkwood. That's closer to him than Maplewood anyway (oops! sounds like it is the Maplewood HQ...is it in the Deer Creek shopping center?)

9. I wish he'd show up more in Kansas City
I'm the only one in my neighborhood with a Kerry/Edwards sign in my yard, houses on both side of me have Bush/Cheney. I'm gonna try to find some more signs tomorrow to give to my friends and family who support Kerry.

I really don't think he has written us off, he just can't be everywhere at once.
