Sen. McCain just wants to remind everbody he's still committing treason...
You remember, he said last year he knows how to get bin Laden. Funny how he has failed to provide TWO sitting presidents now of his special information on bin Laden's whereabouts... :eyes:

McCain: More troops needed in Afghanistan

1 hr 32 mins ago

WASHINGTON – Sen. John McCain says more U.S. troops are needed in Afghanistan, insisting that the longer it takes to send them, "the more Americans will be put at risk."

The Arizona Republican told CBS' "Early Show" on Wednesday that the strategy to defeat insurgents in Afghanistan was in place, and said President Barack Obama was "very strong" in March about what needed to be done. Now, McCain says, "It's clear we need additional troops."

Critics at the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill have called on Obama to fulfill an anticipated request for more troops from the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal. White House officials, however, say they are unsure that a troop increase in Afghanistan will help in the fight against al-Qaida terrorists.

1. His plan is to
Send pilots over and have them get shot down until one of the planes lands on Bin Laden.

As near as I can tell it's the one thing he has the most experience with. Getting shot down.

2. I wish someone could explain to me how John McCain is an
expert on military strategies considering he was accepted to West Point with failing grades (good thing dad was an Admiral!) and then proceeded to crash 4 (or is it 5?) fighter planes? Which is pretty much unheard of.

He doesn't now the difference between Sunni, Shia, Kurds and probably can't find his ass with both hands. He's a tired bitter old man who rambles on but never says anything.

When McCain speaks, I yawn.

4. Whatever. Still had a grade too low to allow admittance to a "normal" person.
