Oh boy. Another video of kids singing praises of the President. |
|
Watch here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z199q-sZr4YAnd check out the words too! We love you President, oh yes we do! We love you President, and we'll be true. When you're not near us, we're blue. Oh President we love you!

but from the still shot, this looks like the young republicans glee club from 1973?
And if that is the "President" that they are singing to in the foreground, would that be Nixon? (but the hair doesn't look right).

You can do whatever you please in a private school, but public schools have to stay out of partisan politics.
General patriotic songs are good, but odes to individual politicians are not, even if the politician is a president that you like.

14. I remember a song during the "British Invasion" in the 60's |
|
The first line of the first and last verse was "We love the Beatles...etc", then each verse in between substituted the first name of each Beatle in turn. http://www.lyricstime.com/the-carefrees-we-love-the-beatles-lyrics.html

13. it is obvious this was doctored - they did not say 'Nixon' - this was for Jimmy Carter - a CGI Nixon |
|
It's just like they did it with Forrest Gump - in fact if you look in the front row to the right, that's Ruth Buzzi. I'm sure of it.
