Why the hell are Kerry and Edwards not on the TV TALK SHOWS?!?!

THEY SHOULD BE ON EVERY MAJOR SHOW INCLUDING LOU DOBBS--AND TURNING THE TALK TO DOMESTIC ISSUES AND THEN THE IRAQ DISASTER!

IT'S TIME TO CONFRONT THE MEDIA DIRECTLY. PUT EDWARDS ON JUDY WOOFWOOF AND GO FROM THERE.

Kerry has to be in the same room with these people. Then he can easily vibe them out. THe distance feeds are harder.

they can reach millions by being on these popular talk
shows. It is opportunity (free too) for them to reach
large populations that would not ordinarily watch them
do stump speeches. Why on earth would their handlers not
be putting them on every show available as well as being
on the air for all the "Air America" hosts?

I've wondered the same thing. Any ideas? I know that the major candidates traditionally do not do a lot of TV, but next week Kerry is going to be on a few "lightweight" shows,(not that I'm against that). He should also be on the shows that you named, and Edwards should DEFINITELY be out there!!

5. These aren't the shows reaching the "average voter"......they are

reaching people like us who pretty much have their minds made up BUT they risk going to these whore shows because of being railroaded and then a 'clip' being used against them by Bush. If they want to go someplace, go on Oprah or Leno or Letterman. Stay away from the poison tongued lizards.

Kerry doesn't want to take questions about Iraq. He can't just say "We'll withdraw and let he French and Germans handle it", nor that he has a "secret plan" ala Nixon.


Wait a few weeks. The Media is having a good time building up Bush and tearing Kerry down. They'll decide they want to keep things interesting and flip before the election.

12. Edwards, not Kerry should be on TV

Kerry should be doing what he is doing...going out and seeing the people in person - after all HE is who they are voting for, and they like to hear that he was in their town or nearby...it helps to get on that local media like that. But I agree that Edwards should be on the national TV circuit right now debunking every single utterance out of Bush or Cheneys mouth...Edwards is good with the sound bites, almost masterful (give him a couple years)...Kerry sucks...he is good withthe live crowds who give him a chance to explain his thoughts and beliefs. Edwards can sum his up in a few short sound bites. They should use these specialties.

It was reported by ABC Noted Now that Kerry is shooting Dr. Phill today in Boston. He will be on Letterman on Monday. In Field & Streams magazine front page cover next month....Edwards will also be on many of the shows next month..... Looks like they are aware of Al Gore's mistakes in not using these shows in 2000.
