Alan Keyes: My Birther Lawsuit Will Proceed
 And guess who his attorney is? One is nuttier than the other!

Alan Keyes: My Birther Lawsuit Will Proceed
Digg Tweet By David Weigel 10/7/09 4:44 PM

The perennial presidential candidate blogs that his quest to overturn the results of the 2008 election — which he surely would have won had Barack Obama had to answer questions about his citizenship — will continue, his lawsuit having not been dismissed.

I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama’s eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer’s arguments.

35. He moved into the wrong neighborhood
I understand he's living in a VERY exclusive section of Washington, DC, and Taitz and Keyes don't like that.

6. I thought Keyes was an attorney
This was a matter of housekeeping and the notice they're referring to is dated 10/5 and is the minutes of the proceeding. Lawyer and client are both morons whose heads will explode when the motion to dismiss is granted.

15. I think it's a cynical attempt to get more donations. Sure, Keyes
knows what the housekeeping means, and knows the FRCP that requires it.

But he knows that the average Freeper is too stupid to listen to anyone who will tell them that this is routine, and has no bearing on the Mot to Dismiss.

24. Yes, I remember it well.
Because Obama came to Southern Illinois and keyes knew if he wanted any votes at all he would have to get to rural areas, he came down here. And guess who liked him? Those who were the rightest of right and the whitest of white. Any other time, like if he hadn't been against Obama and had not been spouting ridiculous right wing rhetoric, they probably would have been the ones wearing white sheets and wanting to lynch him.

But my question now is....How in the hell does keyes think he could have won anything in 2008. I didn't even know he was running in 2008.
