I know about the case, the investigation, the firing of Board members 2 days before testimony but I've not heard of a fax.

I didn't have time to read all 17 pages of the New Yorker article.

And in all honesty, these stories make me insane. It is my greatest nightmare, having a loved one put to death for something they did not do. To hear of a case where the evidence is so compelling that we did it ought to end the dp in the US. We can hope.
