Hopefully,increasing the security of cargo entering the country is #1 on the agenda.Only 5% of the cargo is inspected.A congressman from Wisconsin proposed a plan to increase the number of cargo inspected from 5% to 20% at the cost of $1 billion.The top 2% received tax cuts of $88,000 and under the proposal those cuts would have been lowered to $83,000 and the $5,000 would have been used towards funding the new program.The republicans veteoed it.
