Dean campaign playing Rocky Theme Song in New Hampshire
Shouldn't this be underdog Clark's theme song?

Oh well.

1. I suppose starting with 1% in polls and ending up here, it's fitting...
Howard Dean did not start with the Democratic Party establishment that kicked off Clark's campaign.

Dean's campaign was self-made from the beginning, unlike Wesley Clark's.

The last time Democrats drafted a candidate into the race and he won the nomination...Adlai Stevenson lost the White House twice.

Every candidate since made his own decision to run without a draft movement.

2. Wrong and wrong
Clark started his campaign with a Blackberry and a cell phone. Clark made up his own mind. We didn't drag him in. He didn't say he wouldn't serve if nominated.

There was a Draft Kucinich movement. Sorry to prove you wrong

3. What about the Draft Clark movement that raised $1 million promoted here?
This was all a lie?

8. So the DU members are being called liars by a fellow Clark supporter...
Did I get that right?

Wow...so all of these people raising money, writing letters, and posting frequently on DU about their efforts to get Gen. Clark into the race were just duplicitous liars.

That's what you're saying to your fellow Clark supporters?

4. Has the Dean campaign actually seen the movie?
Rocky's a small-time hood who comes out of nowhere to get a shot against the world champ--to make the champ look good. He trains hard, has passionate support from his loved ones, and believes he can go the distance.

And he loses.

If "Rocky" Dean gets the nomination, let's hope he can be more than President Apollo W. Creed's hand-picked punching bag.

6. I agree on your assesment on that one
Rocky loses. Maybe Clark should play the theme from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Indiana Jones loses a few battles to the evil Frech guy, but he wins the war.

13. "Arkansas Clark and the Raiders of the Lost Democracy"
Our dashing scholar/hero is recruited to prevent the BFEE/Nazis from achieving final world domination.

He's a world traveler who speaks multiple foreign languages.

He's as comfortable in front of his college class as he is in the thick of the action.

And he wins.

Works for me! :)

5. It's not an original enough of an idea for it to be Clark's.
