Halliburton filed 30 lawsuits per year |
|
while Cheney ran the company ... just heard this on the Randi Rhodes show on AAR ...
i wonder who represented Halliburton in the courtroom ... could it have been: a TRIAL LAWYER ???
guess it's OK for mega-corporations to file lawsuits but not individuals who are hurt or killed by their defective products ... yeah, that seems fair ...

they were represented by corporate lawyers. corporate lawyers could not make it in private practice so they had to get a real job. Often, corporate lawyers must have no conscience because they must defend the company that has all the data that says their product is harmful, yet they keep it on the market.
Just who is worse? Corporate or private practice tort trial lawyers?
