I don't think that the Iraqis invaded themselves, so its hard to see how they're part of the coalition. In fact, isn't Cheney's position sort of like saying that after Germany occupied France during WWII, France should have been considered part of the Axis?

Noone has ever reported, or even thought of reporting the # of people killed in Iraq! I suppose if you consider the Iraqi military, you also should consider the innocent Iraqi people. The only reports have always been coalition troops. If you think about it, why don't they report on the number of civilian american workers killed there too?
