I have a question about senate attendance

If you don't show up to vote then you haven't actually said yes or no to anything. How can that mean you don't support something as Cheney has asserted?

Ever try to talk to people that think like that? It is like this draft thing. No one is for the draft the GOP tells us but they keep people in over the time they signed up for. Is that really a form of draft? But they swear there is no draft just people who wish to stay in.By any other name!!!!!
