Dem Convention Delegates - can we talk? |
|
I will B a delegate @ the State convention in April. I have never been a delegate; I have never attended a state convention. I am getting frustrated w/ the condition of the state democratic party. I do not understand why the Democratically controlled legislature is not standing up 2 steroid boy; why they R not more vocal in their opposition. That they stood idly by while Shelley was hounded out of office and then kissed steroid boy's ass and allowed Shelley's replacement is a mystery 2 me.
Any DUers elected as delegates? Any of U have prior convention experience. I know all the convention 'business' has been decided. Ther has 2 B a way 2 make our voices heard. Maybe living in Orange County has something 2 do w/ it but I just don't see CA Dems using their advantage.

Kick up some shit!
They are mostly keeping quiet because many are bought and paid for by the same corporations that own the GOP.

statewide AD meetings on January 8th. I know our county chair is fed-up but he doesn't seem 2 have a voice outside the orange curtin. It seems 2 me the same problems dogging the DNC R present in the CDP Xcept the CalDems R in power but seem willing 2 hand this state over 2 the rethugs.
