Since more than one of these (@#$%@#) have said publicly that they opposed this provision in the Patriot Act, But then voted NO to overturn it, This is the public record. They think nobody watches what they say compared to what they do.

One suburban Illinois Republican who is a co-sponsor of Sanders' bill is Don Manzullo of Egan, whose district includes large segments of McHenry County.
"(Manzullo) was a supporter of the Patriot Act and strongly believes after Sept. 11 that we live in a new world and have to protect our citizens," spokesman Rich Carter said. "At the same time, he is a supporter of the Constitution and civil liberties. In this instance, with the libraries, he believes we went too far."
