An Inconveniant Truth
Just checked my favorite theaters. I thought I was going to have to go to Moline to see it. Found out it is also playing in Davenport and Dubuque this weekend. WooHoo!!

4. Maybe just for a week
I've heard that "An Inconvenient Truth" at Star Cinema in Dubuque will only be around for a week. Don't wait if you're in the Dubuque area! We never did get "Good Night, and Good Luck" so I'm very happy Star Cinema is giving this one a chance.

2. It's still playing in Omaha too (for western Iowans).
I thought I missed it but it's still playing at the Dundee Theater according to their recording. Now I just have to find the time to get there.

3. Starts at the Wehrenberg in Cedar Rapids this weekend
It is also still at the Campus III in Iowa City.

There is no reason to miss this. Go this link for a story on scientists overwhelmingly favorable reaction:

One scientist is quoted as saying he was amazed that a politician got so many of the facts right.

5. Just got back from seeing this.
It was really very good. The other 5 people in the theater with me seemed to like it too.

I was really surprised that there weren't more people there after all the good buzz about this documentary. I hope this was just because of the holiday weekend.
