96.9 Romney Radio Ad: We have a surplus!
Cool, good to know that the Massachusetts budget now has a surplus. Romney is a genius!

Ah, but wait a minute! How can the state have a surplus when BILLS GO UNPAID! Romney owes the higher education workers in Mass 2 1/2 years of retro pay for a contract SIGNED BY THE STATE IN 2001. Until he pays the state's bills, this surplus claim is utter bullshit. :mad:

1. Guys a freak. He complained about the income tax not being
rolled back to 5% like the voters approved in a ballot initiative. Now he wants to take credit for a surplus(if there is one) because taxes were collected at 5.3%. Man, is this guy running for President. The "Mass Miracle" all over again.
