With no end in sight to Bush's war on Iraq--it could go on for years, according to Rummy--we're bound to be lowering it many more times for dead Minnesota soldiers. Itbwould save on the wear and tear on the flag. And you know how those patriotic chickenhawks love to protect the flag.
