Hey! I'm sitting next to Patty Wetterling RIGHT NOW! |
|
So I walked into the local Dunn Bros in Rochester this morning (free wi-fi RULES!) and take a table, and I look over to the right and who do I see but Patty Wetterling!!!
I just had a word with Taylor Pettis, her manager, when he came over to borrow a chair, and I'll probably try to have a word with her when she gets a moment.
Rochester is very solidly GOP (and has been for decades), but it's still good to see Democratic candidates getting down here. It helps us all!!!

1. Cool! Yup, we have to fight back in the suburbs, exurbs and |
|
Greater Minnesota.
I don't know that Rochester is considered any of those.

3. Rochester USED to be solid GOP |

I grew up in Rochester and I still have a sister that lives there, it was a very conservative city when I was growing up but that is changing. Look at the 2004 election results and you will see that Rochester is becoming very competitive, and in fact may be turning blue.
