Just got a hilarious robo-call from McCain campaign

I let the machine get it.

It was a real person, and they spoke so quickly I could only make out every third word. It had something to do with Obama only spending 20 minutes on the financial crisis and instead going to fund raisers.

Seriously, that's all I could make of it.

Then they said something about McCain flying back to DC, like he was a bigger man or something.

Oh, and I know I heard "spineless" in there somewhere too.

Honestly, if they McCain campaign wants to make robo-calls, they need to get their people to at least speak slow enough to get their "Message" across.

I got a good laugh out of it though!

1. Yeah, but Obama wasn't invited to dinner with the Liebermans

...like McCain, who took the looooong way back from NYC (I mean, huge national crisis or dinner with the Liebermans--I think we all know what's more important!). As David Letterman outlined night after night...

Maybe the person is motivated by money (most calls in an hour?). I read the McCain campaign is paying $12/hour in FL for canvassers...meanwhile, Obama has 150,000 FL volunteers doing the same.

2. HAHAHAA!

I just got two more calls.

This is cracking me up, because if they leave these kinds of messages on McCain supporter's machines, those people might think twice about voting for McCain. These callers sound completely whacked-out.

3. I answered two calls.. spoke to real person.

I just kept repeating "McCain is an A$$hole" until they hung up. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

4. I got a call slamming Al Franken over that union vote deal

at first I thought it was a robo-call but then I realized it was a live person. She sounded very young and read her script in a monotone and as fast as she could. When she was done, I asked "You don't really believe any of that do you?". She laughed and told me to have good day.
