3. Thanks! Actually, I have taken refuge with my inlaws.

I spend more time with them than I do my own parents! I actually call Mrs. IconCat's parents just for the sheer heck of it. They're the best.

But you, VJ and all the other DUers are like a huge, fantastic family in your own right. I love reading all of the great things that everyone is doing. Thanks for keeping me sane.

How cool! I supported him too...unfortunately, I was in sixth grade at the time and couldn't vote.

I grew up in a divided household. Dad was Dem; Mom GOP. I had a great time during the Nixon years with her. :D

Looking forward to reading your report...as I posted in Jim's thread, you could feel the energy coming through the TV screen. I wish I could have been there!
