Anyone want a recount in Ohio - only 5 people to ask for one

According to Ohio law, only 5 people are needed to ask for a publically funded recount for the whole state.

ya know, just to make sure

3. I must have misread that
I thought it said the losing Candidate in question had to write in and ask for a recount. Somebody else read it and tell me how I missed the 5 citizens can ask for a recount line.

7. Yes, I read the information in the link
It seems to suggest the losing candidate or 5 electors need to ask for a recount. What I'm asking if for someone to point to the information that says 5 voting CITIZENS can do it.

Thanks for your help in advance.

6. What determines a "small margin?"
Didn't see numbers anywhere.
