As to who they will replace him with. Look for a bypass of the Lt. Governor in favor of Blackwell, and then WATCH the fireworks from within the party. The Repubs in Ohio are split so hard, butt cracks are JEALOUS.
Ohhhh this spring is going to be FUN to watch!
