New Ohio DINO blog
http://www.buckeyepolitics.net/

Run by an unemployed former Dem consultant who never met a Dem he liked.

He's taking shots at every Dem running statewide.

1. Thanks for the "heads up" on this one, Ozark.
I'm confused, though -- if he formerly was a Dem consultant, did he like Dems then? Or does he just hate Dems because he lost his job with them?

That question even sounds confusing, but I think you understand what I'm asking . . .

Chicken? Egg?

:eyes:

2. I think we're seeing a Russert or Tweety in the making
He used to work for the DNC when Clinton was pres, but lost his job, had to come back to Cleveland and has been bitter ever since.

"Someone" just recently "sponsored" him to run this blog and also got him a book deal.

3. Oh, I can't resist:
is he bitter because he has to live in Cleveland?

(That wasn't nice, was it? After all, I used to live in Youngstown and I'm as sweet as can be . . . just ask WCGreen.)

6. TR was and is a self absorbed politcal wanna be
who sniffed after the big time and fell flat on his face....

Middleburg Hts. didn't want him back either...

He was suppose to support me when I ran for State Senate but when the going got tough, well, he just cut and ran and hid behind Clinton's coat tails... A lot of that was going around back in 1996...

It is one of the reason Ohio is in the shape it is in... Everyone wanted to play in the big Leagues and no one wanted to do anything back home... It was all about what do I have to do to get to DC and fuck everyone else...

BTW Kukesa... I think you are cute when you get all riled up...

11. Anyone in OHIO know anything about
Jennifer Brunner who's running for SOS?

http://www.jenniferbrunner.com/

With the number of DINO's in this State, I hesitate to throw my support behind anyone until I know more about them.

I wrote to her the other day asking her to clarify her position on what she terms in the following article as "VOTER" fraud (as opposed to "ELECTION" fraud):

From the Chillicothe Gazette:

...Should Brunner win the November 2006 election, there are several changes she would implement. She said she would have a team of investigators available to help county boards of elections investigate allegations of voter fraud, institute a statewide program of poll worker training and incentives to bring in new poll workers, and she would allow poll workers to work half-shifts.

So far have not heard back from her. The number of votes that would be effected by "voter fraud" compared to how many votes can be switched with a few keystrokes in an electronic vote tabulator ("election fraud") is minimal to say the least.

I sent her the link to WHO'S COUNTING which explains in detail how the Tabulators work and how insecure and hackable they are (see "TECHNOLOGY" Chapter).

Will report back if I hear back from her.

If anyone knows her, please let us know!

12. You wrote to her about elections--that is very proactive
kudos . Apparently, Jennifer links GrowOhio.org and has Sherrod Brown's endorsement (with she having been his counsel), so that sounds like a positive.

17. I met Jennifer Brunner at a seminar put on by the Hamilton County
Dems this past spring....I was very impressed by her outstanding knowledge of Election Law. I have spoken to others who consider her the best in the field. She was a Judge in Franklin County and quit so to run for Sec'y of State.

She is not only intelligent, but she seems to have a clear and intense sense of integrity. She seemed to care about our Democracy and what has happened to it.

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with her.
