Interesting town hall meeting in CD17 - Chet Edward's district
I got tip on this blog ink. Camp Casey is in congressional district 17.

Click on the link that says "Chet Edwards on the Iraq War and Cindy Sheehan"

Lots of good video of a recent town hall meeting with Representative Chet Edwards. Ft Hood isn't in his district anymore but he does still care about them. 40,000 U.S. troops in Iraq have come out of Ft Hood. There is a very good question asked by one woman about the Downing Street memo and support for Cindy Sheehan. Keep in mind that Edwards is a conservative Democrat but not a crazy loon, like Zell Miller. Don't expect to hear him say "out of Iraq now"; that's not his position or most of the makeup of this district. I admire the woman that stood up and asked that question. And Edwards does have some interesting comments about respect for Cindy.

I'm a little disappointed in his "we can't look back response". That's sort of saying well we were lied to, but what the heck we have to make this work and never mind the lies. History will judge it. I say bullshit - you gotta call them on the lies too, or else they'll just lie to you again Chet.
