Over 200 showed at our event right in the middle of tom delays district!!!!

We had an overflowing crowd, great food, lots of fun!

We now need a bigger place for our events!

2. It was a great night, john

There were about 15 watch parties within ten miles of where we live in West U, and there was the big shindig over at the Sheraton Brookhollow (RSVP's maxed out the fire code on Tuesday, so I heard)but we wanted to come down to Clear Lake and spend the evening with the BAND.

We had to park not next door but the door beyond that!

It was a terrific evening; we left with a Kerry-Edwards tee and a Morrison tee and three bumperstickers and two buttons and two hat pins and bellies full of some excellent Italian food and a renewed determination to drive all of these nasty Texas Republicans out of office.

And the momentum will only build from here...
