Channel 11 to cover freeway blogging in Houston 6/20

Just got this note from our organizer:

For the last two weeks, a young woman named Carla and a cameraman from Channel 11 news have come out to the bridge to talk to us and shoot some video. Carla told me yesterday that they are coming back again next week and want to run a story about us on the news next Tuesday! I know many of us, myself included, have some reservations about going on camera and speaking for a variety of reasons, and they are very respectful of those of us who would prefer not to be filmed or to speak. So don't worry about being forced into anything. However, if you are someone who is willing and able to discuss why you come to the bridge to protest and to talk about your beliefs, please definitly try and come next week (Tuesday, June 20) so you can talk to Carla. Many of us who were there yesterday have decided we are going to think about what we'd like to say and perhaps even prepare a written statement as an alternative to being interviewed in front of the camera. Anyway, just an FYI... spread the word about the media coverage and clear you schedule for next Tuesday night!
