http://www.fortbendnow.com/news/1313/democrats-subpoenae-delay-records-from-wilson-other-officials

An attorney representing the Texas Democratic Party in its lawsuit seeking to keep resigned Congressman Tom DeLay on the November general election ballot has subpoenaed several area elected and GOP officials seeking documents.

Fort Bend County Clerk Dianne Wilson said she has received three subpoenas in recent days, related to the Democrats’ lawsuit. One sought to Depose Wilson today, another sought to have her appear in Travis County District Court, and a third asked her to produce a variety of documents and correspondence related to DeLay’s residence or political campaign.
