Paper Ballots only in Webb County!!

There won't be a hearing, but an agreement was reached between Bruni & the County. Only the disabled will be permitted to vote on electronic machines. Everyone else has to vote on paper (so far no complaints from the voters!)

3. Webb County voters learned the hard way in 2006

in the primary, when it took until 3 am & multiple runs to come up with the vote tallies on the machines. Five tries & each time, a different result, so now NO ONE in Webb County trusts the machines.
