On Monday, a Washington-based budget watchdog group, Citizens Against Government Waste, named Hutchison the "porker of the month" for October, based on the $1.6 billion in earmarks she has sought in the 2010 federal budget.

Hogs wallow and squeal

Gov. Rick Perry and U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison continued their battle over pork today, over who wanted it and was it bad.

Perry opened fire on the porker award Hutchison received with a blog on the Washington Kay web site.

That same blog post has a link to another video at the bottom for "Squeaky the herding pig". That one is better than Perry's ad against Kay. It's a better animal interest story. :)
