13. I want to sign this but wouldn't I be a hypocrite for attempting to deny

this Republican the right to a recount? I'm not saying there was fraud that happened but we should allow this guy to have a recount. Or is this petition for support? If it is, my apologies.

15. There was already a recount.

There might even have been TWO recounts, if I recall correctly, and Vo (the D) won. Heflin (the R) is now appealing it to the TX lege! They are trying to overturn a citizen's vote with the legislature!
