We went to my inlaws today for my son's birthday party, and on the way back, I saw a billboard that made it hard to hold down the cake. Right there on Highway 3 near 2351, a billboard - CONGRATULATIONS TOM DELAY! Nice big flag in the background. We weren't close enough for me to see the fine print to see who paid for that bad boy. I think I need a shower now.
