Key points:
When the citizens of clear lake asked delay for his help, he refused.
He sat on the sidelines for three years while we fought hard against the rail.
He deserves little if any credit for something he could have solved 3 years ago.

1. It will be hard to give him any credit

He only did it because he knows Clear Lake and Ft Bend will field another candidate against him. I would hope it would be Morrison again since people know him.
