...and here are the numbers:


Total/527 Inds/Candidates&Parties
Total (50) $6,252,003 $2,520,535 $3,731,468
Democrat (34) $5,130,589 $2,470,535 $2,660,054
Republican (10) $655,034 $25,000 $630,034
Both (6) $466,380 $25,000 $441,380

So Democrates lead as major recipients at least from these 50 contibutors. I wish we had numbers on ALL contributions and sources. That would be very telling.
