Fudge Alert! Visiting in November....
Yes, Wisconsin folks, I couldn't resist when I got a special American notice of cheap fares to Madison.

I'll be in town again November 5-13th. Staying at the Canterbury again most of the time, but I'll have to head out to a Courtyard Inn the last 2 days because of Parents' Weekend.

If anyone wants to hang out (coffee or whatnot) let me know. Ya'll were all at the convention this summer when I was up.

I'm still not sure if I'm renting a car or not. But maybe for at least 2 days or so; I need to head down to Beloit to get some stuff done.

1. A Madison meetup in November is definitely do-able
I doubt I can make the one in Milwaukee one next weekend.

Check in, Madisonians. What do you think?

3. Not Milwaukee??
Awwww...

Okay, maybe I'll have to travel to Madison if y'all arrange a meetup.

4. Sorry, Class.
Everything I need is at the Historical Society.

Although I am thinking of heading to Wausau my last 2 days there. My bed and breakfast doesn't have rooms those last 2 days, and I have dead people to find in the cemetery in Wausau. I may book at the bed and breakfast up there my last Friday and Saturday.

5. Done!
I'm staying in Wausau the 11th and 12th, so anyone in that area, let me know. I may be completely utterly exhausted from trudging through graveyards all day, but I'll do my best!

6. We'll definitely be in the area
Wausau is about an hour away but we'll be there if anyone is interested in a meet-up.

Goddess40, Broca and ewagner are also in the area that I know of. I'm sure there are more I don't know. By then JonathanChance will be back in the area for college. There aren't a lot of us up here but let's see what shakes out.

I'll gladly visit Wausau for a cozy get-together.

7. sybylla are you in Madison?
Or closer to Wausau? Madison would probably be more fun as far as options on where to meet, but I'll let you guys decide.

I'm not sure I'll have time for 2 meetups, but I'll try. The M.S tends to slow me down, so I may be so tired in Wausau I'll just want to rest in the evenings.

8. No. Near Marshfield
Madison is 2.5 hours, Wausau is 1 hour. Really, it's whatever works for you, fudge. The fact that you posted you'd be in Wausau made me think you'd like to get together there.

9. Aha!
Well, I hope we can scare up something. I just need to monitor myself so I don't overdo it. Tramping through cemeteries can get a little exhausting!

I'll keep you guys in the loop. I'm bringing my laptop, and if I don't have Wi-Fi in the room, I'll have coffeehouses within close proximity for checking PMs and such.
