1. I was watching that until the half at my local Taco Bell.

I thought they had it in the bag. The Vikings weren't getting anything together. I am truly shocked by this loss.

had it in the bag. I had to leave at the start of the fourth quarter, and by the time I got to my destination, found out they lost. ugh!!!

I live 45 miles from GB; my comment all day has been that we suck just a very little bit less than the Packers. Not much to gloat about.

6. Aw, come on!

I see this as an opportunity to see who the real Packers Fans are. Kind of a separating the sheep from the goats, or wheat from the chaff.

I became a Packers fan in my 2nd grade class, where the teacher said "You all live in Wisconsin, you will all be Packers fans." This was in the last of the Lombardi years. When one kid complained, she said, "you don't just root for your team because they win. You need to support them even more when they lose." And thus, the 1970's came to pass.

I've been loyal Green and Gold ever since that fall day in 1969.
1996 was a glorious gift, never to be taken for granted.
So is Brett. :P

56 yards? That was pretty amazing, even for an ex-Bear...

And I can't believe the Bears actually won again. If our defense gets any stingier, you guys are gonna be lucky to win a game from us in December. But then again, the Bears usually find a way to choke against Favre, so it will be interesting.

Whomever wins the division may not even have a winning record. :D

8. the theory at my house is that

at half time, the teams switched uniforms. So in the second half the Vikes still sucked but they were wearing the Packer's uniforms.

It's the only explanation.

I had a "whew" moment on Sunday. I was at the game and during the first half I was telling my companion ( a Vikes fan) that a win by either team didn't mean much - beating a 1-4 team and such. Oh man, I'm glad I wasn't gloating . . . that would have been so embarrassing.
