Democrat Barack Obama will be stopping in Wisconsin Thursday as part of a two-week economic tour to kick off his general election campaign.
Obama will be holding a town hall-style event in the Appleton area, according to a campaign aide. Details on ticketing and timing will be announced later.
Obama started his campaign swing in North Carolina today.

If I remember correctly, he had an event scheduled there before the primaries, and it was cancelled because of bad weather. Sounds like he's keeping his promise to return.
