Call for Wisconsin's electors to follow Vermont's example
Inspired by pointsoflight's thread, "VT electors call for contest of OH electoral votes", I have found the names and contacts for all of our Wisconsin electors. AFTER Christmas, we ought to barrage them all to follow Vermont's example!

We can also send letters, phone calls etc., to them in care of the Wisconsin Democratic Party

There is a great sample letter on the AAR website,

4. Here is the sample letter for some ideas:
This was written before the December 13 electoral vote, but there is some good material here that could be re-written for our purposes.

I am appalled at the apparent fraud involved in the 2004 elections. I have been actively involved with the campaign, as have friends and family members across the country. Therefore I have first hand experience and have heard from those who have had first hand experience with the vote suppression and voting irregularities involving both the touch-screen and the opti-scan voting machines.

Now that the hand counted numbers are coming in, it is a little hard to call these irregularities "isolated," "sporadic" or "human
error." There is clear evidence from more than one investigating body, of fraud. For a brief synopsis of litigation already in progress as of yesterday, please see the attached. This vote fraud should be investigated as criminal. Information is now readily available to show that enough fraud has been involved in both Ohio and Florida to compromise the validity of George Bush's "election" to office.

I choose to live in the United States because I BELIEVE in the inherent worth of democracy. Fraudulent elections are not democracy, and I demand that all processes to certify this election be halted until the fraud is fully disclosed, the parties involved criminally prosecuted, and the correctly elected individuals placed to the offices they have rightfully gained.

According to black-letter election law, Bush does not officially get a second term until the electors from the Electoral College go to Washington D.C on December 12th (sic). A block should be put on Bush's second term until a full investigation and correction is done. I, for one, do not believe he has legitimately gained his seat. I, as an American, deserve to have my faith in our electoral system restored--not with platitudes for "reconciliation" and denial, but with a full investigation of the fraud allegations that do not die, but become larger each day. The strength of a democracy is measured by its ability to deliver a credible candidate to its
offices, not by complicity to keep fraudulent vote tampering quiet.

There is enough hard evidence now to justify calling a halt to the process and investigating each and every one of the discrepancies.
I want you to not only withhold your own votes, but contact other electors nationally and refuse to cast your electoral votes until this matter is taken up by a multi-partisan commission which holds hearings and subpoena's information from Diebold and the other companies involved in the optical scan and touch screen voting machines, as well as the ample information nationwide that certain categories of Americans had their votes suppressed or discarded. I want a full disclosure of the contributions to Bush's re-election campaign by those businesses involved in the votingbox schemes,
as well as those individuals engineering vote suppression. Those
individuals have committed acts of treason against our democracy, and we deserve better.

Sincerely, Rev. Dr. B
