It will probably pass senate on Thursday and Doyle is expected to veto it.We should all E-mail the gov and thank him!

by the Republicans to suppress the Democratic vote. People in the city with transportation issues would have a relatively more difficult time going down to the local government office to get an ID. Enough of them will say "why bother?". Voila! Voter suppression.
Remember, low voter turnout helps Republicans, high turnout helps Democrats.
