July Kerry Meet-up in Wausau

on July 22 at the American Legion at 7PM. We will be in the south hall. Please join us - the more the merrier.

Please go an vote for this site if you plan on attending, I've already let them know we will be there. Last month we had about 20 people and you can't wait until the last minute with a group that size.
The manager was worried that by letting us use the meeting room that it would look like the Legion was supporting Kerry, I assured him that we understand that Legion must remain neutral.

1. Deans for Kerry Meet-up

hello pal goddess40. it's roxane by the way. last month I was told i would receive an email telling me where the meeting was, but alas, the Kerry people aren't as nice as the Dean folks and didn't even bother letting me know.

in all seriousness, i'll try to be there. someone's gotta be there to make sure that what Dean did for Kerry and the party remains unforgotten.

3. First go to Loppnow's for a fund raiser

Diane S. is having a fundraiser for her bid for Clerk of Court. I think this is more important than going to Lawton's at the Back When Cafe. They are being held at the same time just a down the street from each other, if you can't stop at both go to Diane's as Barbara isn't running this year.

at the same time??? I guess I didn't bother to look and thought I was going to both. Now I have to rethink this.

5. Diane vs. Babs Fundraiser

I checked my calendar and I have Lawtons on Tuesday and Diane's on Thursday. Do I have this wrong? I think I threw out Diane's invite so I can't double check.
