3. "Urban Ontario", indeed! Confess!
You're from TORONTO, right? Not to worry, you could have been from New Brunswick (Province of Swine).

Nova Scotia's lovely in the summer (Haligonian, here). Today, however, the weather SUX--we're having that depressing night-for-day thick cloud cover. The saving grace is that it's worse in New Brunswick (Province of Swine).

4. not confirming or denying

So you can go ahead and insult Toronto all you like. ;)

I slept rough in New Brunswick one night while hitchhiking from my summer residence (haha, boarding in a village while taking a French course) to Newfoundland. It was August, and it was cold and wet. We were on the tail end of a hurricane. On the ferry to PEI, I noticed things in my sweater that were evidently spruce bud worm. I took some comfort in thinking I might be introducing them to PEI, once we got there, since I hated the place practically on sight. A second visit a decade later didn't change my mind. The best thing I can say about PEIslanders is that at least there aren't more of them. If there were, and they started travelling, let alone emigrating, there'd be carnage on our roads.

5. Calgary
It's not nearly the redneck town that most people think it is. Can't beat the setting.

PS. Welcome to DU!

PPS. Your link is buggered, get rid of the comma.

13. Living in a tiny village, near Collingwood. (Ontario)
It's glorious out here in the country! We seem to have found ourselves a pocket that gets some measure of snow, nearly every day. It's as close to paradise here as I'll ever see!

We moved out here from downtown Toronto, and prior to that, were in Mississauga.

It's beautiful up your way. I used to go to the horse show in Collingwood when I was there.
