Much as I adore Wickerman, and appropriate though it is to have a socialdemocrat in this forum -- how come we have furrin moderators?

(My apologies if socialdemocrat1981 is a Canadian; profile not visible, and a quick post search suggested otherwise.)

I am of course not speaking ill of any administrator or administrative policy. I'm just wondering: nobody here volunteer?

Don't be looking at me now. Caesar's wife must be above reproach, and all that. I can only aspire to the fair-mindedness and even-temperedness that I know to be possessed by the mod whom I know and love, and willingly ascribe to the one I know less well but am sure I'd love equally if I did.

That said, we have no Canadien mods this term - unless I am missing someone - Me and SD1981 got all the Country/State forums. And, uh, that is not to say that Canada has been demoted to state status... :crazy:
