You can't really target him as the bullseye of the Conservative party. He's a joke. I ALWAYS say "The cons" instead of "Harper" cause he is that insignificant.

and apologized to America for Canada not joining the Iraq attack...That bastard had NO AUTHORITY to speak on our behalf...I hope when the election comes, whoever is creating the commercials for the Liberals will keep pointing that out....If Harper had been P.M. at the time, we would be in that war and young Canadians would be coming home in body bags....I THINK IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THIS....WE CAN'T LET HIM FOOL THE PEOPLE INTO THINKING HE'S NOT A HAWK!
