London 7/7, state of the investigations: Involuntary Suicide Bombers ?!?
So what's the official story now? I haven't heard news about this for days

Dumping the rucksacks, leaving the train quickly and setting off the bombs from outside, okay.

But dumping the rucksacks, pushing a supposed "timer" button and relying on the "masters" that they would have enough time to leave the area? BULLSHIT!

1. I'm a bit slow
Why is that BS? I mean, it may be, I just don't know why it's supposed to be obviously BS.

5. I don't see

any person with a pregnant wife and a little child and not willing to die who would accept a plan from a "master" where he is to set off a bomb directly beside of his body with a supposed time delay.

What happens if the timer doesn't work and the bomb explodes too early? Then I'm dead.

7. You've never seen people do things that don't make sense?
They're covering all options. You can't rule an option out just because you don't think someone would do that. The Darwin Awards are invented because people do stupid stuff all the time.

8. There's always a little probability

of say 0.0000000000000000001% for someone to make complete nonsense, f.e. to cool his TV with a water shower or to risk his life though it's absolutely not necessary because there are easy alternatives.

It's just that I don't buy it, and I wonder why 7/7 is replaced in the media by 7/21 completely. Nobody seems to be interested in the four 7/7 bombers anymore.

2. It have often thought that the people are being forced
Edited on Tue Jul-26-05 02:21 PM by notadmblnd
to do this against their wills. I don't know if anyone remembers this, but a couple of years a go there was a man in some eastern state that had been wired for explosives. He claimed to have been forced to put it on. The police just left him sitting, isolated until it went off and killed him. I have wondered ever since then, just how many of these "suicide bombers" are forced into their acts.

3. There's a difference between criminality and terrorism in this.
in a situation like Britain, they want guys like John Major talking about deporting people who have an "irrational hatred of the Anglo-Saxon way of life". They want people afraid of shoot-to-kill policies by police. So they want volunteers ready to die.

4. I can understand that
but what if these people were duped? How difficult would it be for someone to hire young brown skinned men to deliver a package (bomb with a timer) and unknowingly become a sucide bomber?

6. Not forced, duped
Anyway, the newest Scotland Yard account is that no timers were found, in contradiction to earlier reports.

Very strange.
