On this day 29 years ago...a 'miracle' in the UK:
In 1976 Guru Jagat Singh Ji set off for London from the Punjab with a 20-man orchestra to begin rain prayers at the invitation of the Sikh community in Southall. Britain was having the worst drought for 200 years. He promised rain within four days, and the British press scoffed; however the next day a light rain spread acrosse southern England. The ensuing September went on record as the wettest in 50 years. It was a pity that Guru Jagat couldn't *stop* rain: back in the Punjab, great rains earlier that August had caused extensive misery.

Hope this miraculous trend re-appears:

England all out for 477 at Trent Bridge in the Fourth Test:

I've heard ALL about you...I know you spend most of the day fixated on the Big Jugs satellite channel...and I'm told it's NOT for protecting the earth from asteroids either...Ahem :)

I do congratulate you on your highly original excuse though ;)

Salvador Allende...one of that old bat Kissinger's victims. WHY isn't old Henry up in that court in The Hague by now? (Being serious here for a moment)

4. Because we live in a deeply fucked up world
Where a worthless piece of shit can facilitate mass-murder and the destruction of progressive democracies in favour of the most appalling, brutal tyrannies and then be lauded as a respectable elder statesman- and where the American elite is so utterly hypocritical and corrupt that it preaches about spreading democracy whilst simultaneously protecting and honouring a monster who devoted his life to extinguishing democracy and human rights. Truly, I think I would enjoy pissing on that fucker's grave even more than on Thatcher's.

As for my ritual- well, I do watch porn every day, and the earth hasn't been hit by an asteroid, so case closed, I think.;)

5. Yes it's nothing short of criminal
That these murdering thugs are still allowed to walk free and enjoy their lives. If there was any justice on this planet, bastards like Kissinger would have been living in a cell on bread and water YEARS ago.

It doesn't give one much hope, that they're let off scot-free and not made to pay for their bloodthirsty crimes :(

Yep, we haven't been hit by an asteroid, so you MUST be doing something right dear boy! ;)
