I just thought of something. Regarding the optiscan machines - I noticed something funny when I went to vote on Nov. 2. I noticed that when I blackened the holes on my optiscan ballot with the marker, the ink didn't completely fill the circles on the ballot.
I just wonder if it would be possible to fill the Democratic precincts with "faulty" optiscan ballot holders that would be off-track enough so that a certain number of ballots couldn't be read. I know, it sounds a little nutty, but it's possible.
After all, the rate of ballot spoilage has been very high in the democratic precincts. I realize most of the spoiled ballots are from the punch card machines, but... there must certainly be spoiled ballots from the optiscan holders as well.
Any input on this?

pin hole in the ballot. No idea if this happened or not.
